The Memorial Garden has been created as a tribute to his vision and in his memory by renowned garden expert, and Fitzgerald family friend, Leo Schofield and provides a tranquil environment on what is often an overwhelming day.
Featuring an array of shrubs, trees and grasses that have predominantly white flowers; the garden is designed to be seen from the chapel and function room. The garden has a central water fountain and plant screens that add to the reflective ambience of the space.
The Memorial Garden also offers an additional area where people can still see, hear and be involved in the funeral service.
