Allen Richard Glennie Holmes
July 17, 1937 - February 11, 2024
It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Allen Holmes from Urana, and recently Wagga on Sunday, 11th February 2024, aged 86 years. Passed away peacefully at Wagga Wagga Base Hospital surrounded by loved ones. Beloved father of Stephanie Herbert, Bernadette Holmes and Lizette Holmes (dec,d). Brother of John Holmes, Malcolm Holmes (dec,d) and Philippa Harding. Grandad of Erica, James, Georgia, Jesse, Melinda, Bobby and Ayesha and Great Grandad of Kalyn, Ryker and Hudson.
In keeping with his wishes Allen will be privately cremated and a wake will be held at Alan Harris McDonald Function Room, 76 Copland Street, Wagga Wagga, on Friday, 16th February 2024 at 2.00pm.
The family wishes to thank all staff at RSL Remembrance Village and special thanks to Kym at Wagga Wagga Base Hospital.
