Darren Burnie Hlywa

Sadly passed away on Sunday, 2nd November 2025, at Canberra Hospital, aged 53 years. Beloved husband to Alison. Adored father to Grace and Jess. Cherished friend to many.

A service of the celebration of the life and love of Darren will be held at the Alan Harris McDonald Chapel, 76 Copland Street, Wagga Wagga, on Wednesday, 12th November. Commencing at 1:30pm. Family and friend are respectfully invited to attend.

In honour of Darren, please wear something that reminds you of him, his favourite team colours, a jersey from your playing days together, or something that brings back a good memory. We want the day to be filled with love, laughter, and the stories that made him who he was.
