Passed away peacefully at Loreto Home of Compassion on Monday, 6th June 2022, aged 90 years. Beloved wife of Leslie Paul Coombes (dec’d). Dearly loved mother & mother-in-law of John & Rosemary of The Rock, Peter & Melissa of Highvale QLD, Rhonda & Graeme Sixsmith of Queanbeyan, Michael of Melbourne, Susan & Warren Forbes of Crestmead QLD. Loving nannie of 14 grandchildren and great nan of 14 great-grandchildren. Loved aunty of her many nieces and nephews. She will be sadly missed by all her family and friends.
A service of thanksgiving and celebration for the life of Jean Coombes will be held in St Paul’s Anglican Church, 31 Fernleigh Road, Wagga Wagga on Friday, 17th June 2022 commencing at 11:00am. Following the service, the funeral cortege will proceed to the Wagga Wagga Lawn Cemetery, Brunskill Road, Lake Albert. Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
