Passed away peacefully at Wagga Wagga Base Hospital on Wednesday, 27th March 2024, aged 82 years. Cherished partner of Lorraine. Brother of Shirley, Jeff, John and Bonnie. Father of Michael and Andrew. Adored step-dad of Wendy, Mark, Michael and Kerry. Loved by all his nieces and nephews. Beloved pop to his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Doug will be dearly missed by all his family and friends.
A service of celebration for the life and love of Douglas Thomas Staines will be held at the Alan Harris McDonald Chapel, 76 Copland Street, Wagga Wagga on Friday, 5th April 2024 commencing at 2:00pm. Family and friends are respectfully invited.
