Passed away peacefully at Calvary Hospital, Wagga Wagga on Thursday, 4th August 2022. Aged 95 years. Beloved wife of John (dec’d). Dearly loved mother & mother-in-law of Gwyneth & Peter Hamilton, Sue & Rod Lynch, Peter & Jane Ansell and Roger and Sarah Ansell. Cherished grandma of Cara, Anna, Sara, Carrie, Ryan, Cassie, Mitch, Amelia, Edd. Treasured great-grandma of Alex, Charlie, Sammy, Grace, Max, Finn, Ollie, Monty, Eadie and Olive. She will be sadly missed by all her family and friends.

A Service to celebrate the life of Shirley Ansell will be held at the Alan Harris McDonald Chapel, 76 Copland Street, Wagga Wagga on Wednesday, 10th August 2022, commencing at 2:00pm. Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend. In lieu of flowers donations on behalf of Breast Cancer Research will be accepted at the Chapel.
Shirley’s family encourage those attending to wear a splash of colour in her honour.
