Passed away peacefully at Calvary Palliative Care, Wagga Wagga on Tuesday, 25th July 2023, aged 80 years. Beloved wife of Gregory (dec’d). Treasured mother and mother-in-law of Sharon (dec’d) & Dennis, Warren & Anne-Marie and Robert & Joanne. Cherished second mother of Ruth. Adored Nan of her grandchildren Rebecca, Alexandra & Brian, Benjamin & Grace, Emma, Andrew, Siobhan, Ethan and great-grandchildren. Cathy was much loved and will be sadly missed by all her family and friends.
The family would like to thank the doctors and nurses of Calvary Palliative Care and Wagga Wagga Base Hospital for their compassionate care of Cathy.
A service of Thanksgiving for the life of Cathy Rushby will be held at Saint Peter’s Anglican Church, Ford Street, The Rock on Thursday, 3rd August 2023 commencing at 10:00am. Following the service the funeral cortege will proceed to The Rock Cemetery, Milne Road. Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
